kemarin sudah berlalu, meskipun rasa sakitnya belum
tak ada yang abadi, aku harus mensyukuri apa yang kumiliki.
janganlah cintaku kau sia-siakan,

rasa sakit yang aku rasakan kini takkan hilang dalam semalam,

i HAve tO Let Him GO

Untuk beberapa saat aku mempercayainya. Aku berjanji tak akan pernah melukainya seperti orang lain dan tak akan pernah meninggalkannya,tak akan pernah berhenti mencintainya. Aku akan menjadi keluarganya, orang yang dibutuhkannya pada saat2 baik dan buruk, orang yang memeluknya ketika ia sakit, dan menyorakinya pada saat olahraga. Kupikir kalau aku memeluknya cukup erat,rasa sakitnya akan hilang.

Dalam 4 bulan ini hubungan kami seperti roller coaster. Kadang ia pemuda paling bahagia yang aku kenal---tertawa, bercanda, tersenyum, dan berciuman. Aku selalu tahu kalau ia bahagia dari matanya. Sebening kristal dan hitam, matanya tak berisi kebohongan. Jika ia sedang bahagia matanya berkilauan. Tapi jika sedih, matanya lebih menyerupai coklat drpd hitam. Pada hari2 sedihnya itu, ia tidak bercanda. Kalau aku coba menghiburnya dengan ciuman, ia akan menolak. Ia tidak mengizinkanku menyentuhnya. Aku tak bisa menunjukkan betapa besar cintaku padanya. Ketika sedang sakit hati, yang ia tahu hanyalah melampiaskan sakit hatinya pada mereka yang tak layak mendapatkannya. Ia mengucapkan hal2 yang di ketahuinya kejam, dan meminta maaf keesokan harinya. Lingkaran itu tak pernah berakhir---kekejammanya, permintaan maafnya. Tapi aku tahu mengapa

Meski mencintainya, aku tak dapat menghapus rasa sakitnya. Hal itu berakar dari peristiwa2 yang terjadi jauh sebelum aku mengenalnya. Tak lama kemudian aku sadar cintaku tidak bisa menimbangi luka batinya. Meski menyakitkan, aku sadar aku tak dapat menolongnya. AKU HARUS MELEPASKANNYA.

Pada malam ketika aku memberitahunya bahwa hal itu tak bisa berlanjut, airmataku terasa lebih menyengat dari sebelumnya. Ia sekarang akan harus menghadapi ketakutannya yang terburuk---seorang diri melawan iblis dalam dirinya. Ia berpikir kalau aku telah menipunya, bahwa aku berbohong kepadanya ketika membisikkan kata selamanya. Tapi aku tidak berbohong kpd siapapun kecuali kpd diriku sendiri, karena tadinya aku yakin yang ia butuhkan hanyalah cintaku. Sekarang cintaku hanya menimbulkan rasa sakit.

Ia telah membangun sebuah dunia yang terpisah, di mana ia dan aku hidup. Selama beberapa saat rasanya menyenangkan memimpikan sebuah tempat yang penuh kebahagiaan, sebuah taman Eden mistis hanya untuk kami berdua. Tapi tak lam kemudian, aku tahu dinding2nya akan runtuh jika ia terus-menerus hanya mengandalkan aku. Jauh di lubuk hatiku aku tahu situasi ini tidak sehat bagi kami berdua. Aku tak sangup lagi mempertahankan hubungan kami dan khayalan ini.

Kemarin aku sadar bahwa cinta yang sempurna sekalipun tak bisa melindungi seseorang dari dirinya sendiri. Dan kadang hal terbaik yang bisa kau lakukan untuk seseorang yang kaucintai adalah melepaskannya.

Aku masih menyayanginya tapi dalam cara yang berbeda, SEKARANG KAMI BerTEMAN. Rasanya jauh lebih baik dan aku yakin telah memilih keputusan yang tepat.

mY FirsT STep

Mengambil langkah pertama adalah hal yang menakutkan. Menghadapi yang tak kita ketahui, ketidakpastian yang dibawanya. Tapi seperti bayi yang bosan merangkak, langkah pertamalah yang terpenting.

Langkah pertama melebarkan cakrawalamu. Kau melihat cahaya baru. Kegembiraan akan penemuan yang baru. Seperti mengembangkan sayap dan terbang. . Langkah pertama yang kau ambil akan menbuka semua pintu, untuk memandang dirimu sendiri sebagaimana kau melihat dirimu sebelumnya.

Dan, seperti anak kecil yang mengorbankan segalanya, demi langkah pertamanya, Kadang2 ia terhuyung-huyung limbung dan jatuh. Tapi tangan2 kuat siap menangkap, membangkitkannya, agar kembali berjalan lagi. (I'm still trying not to give up in every hard situation that i have coz now I belive in Jesus)......

Perjalanan paling panjang, membutuhkan langkah demi langkah, tapi sekali mulai melangkah semuanya akan lancar. Raihlah tanganku teman, aku akan menbantumu. Persis di sampingmu. (Karena dua orang kita akan kuat).........

Ya, langkah pertama adalah langkah yang besar, yang terpenting di antara segalanya. Tapi aku akan di sana untuk menangkapmu jika kau terhuyung dan jatuh. Kami akan meluruskan pandanganmu ke depan, menggertakkan gigi dan berjalan terus.... Ketika kita lihat ujung jalan, Kita akan lari memburu.

Aku cinta padamu, aku akan membantumu, sepanjang jalan......

Tapi untuk mengambil langkah pertama, ITU TERSERAH DIRIMU.......

Looking out of the window hoping that he/she will surprise u by appearing downstairs. Suddenly meeting in some places at the mall, at the campus, at church or other places

Sitting in front of the television but thinking of her missing the final episode of your favourite show.

Laying on your bed, thinking of the last time u wen out together. Thinking of how nice it will be to sit beside the beach, playing, telling some joke,talking about everything, your dreams, plans, future.

Logging on to the internet hoping to see him/her online. When u realise that he/she isn't online and did not return your page, u will start worrying if he/she is okay.

Missing someone is a way of growing up i guess. It exposes u to loneliness. It teaches u how to cope with being lonely and let u know that there is actually a feeling known as emptiness.

Sometimes it feels good to miss someone. U know that u really care and u indulge in the feeling of loving/caring for him/her.

But missing someone and not knowing if he/she is feeling the same is terrible. U feel as if u are being left alone.

So if u miss someone, tell him/her and let them know. At the same time, ask if they miss u.

Don't let the feeling of missing someone become jealousy or paranoid. If u are the one being missed and u know it, let the other party know.
